Returns & Exchanges Policy

At ME Fragrances, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.

What is your return or exchange policy?

You have 10 days from the date of delivery to claim for the return or exchange if:

  • The product is damaged, stained, defected or incomplete.
  • The product/s must be unused, in the original packaging with labels and protective stickers attached.

Please note that fragrance products cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been opened due to hygiene reasons.

How do i apply for the return?

To return an item, please email us at [email protected] with the return reason and order details.

After our customer support team approves the return, you will be instructed to send the parcel to ME Fragrances using our designated courier service. A representative of the courier company will be dispatched to your doorstep to collect the goods.

Returns are free and hassle free.

When will my return be processed?

We aim to process all returns within 5-7 working days of receipt.

During busy periods, please allow up to 14 working days for your return to be processed.

What is your size exchange policy?

We do not offer size exchanges for fragrance products due to their nature.

Do you offer refunds?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for fragrance products once they have been opened.

In the case of a damaged, stained, wrong, defected, or incomplete product, we will offer a replacement or exchange.

International orders:

We currently do not have a return policy for international orders as we do not ship outside Pakistan.

Customized orders:

Customized orders cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Sale & discounted orders:

Exchanges and refunds during a sale or on a discounted product are ONLY applicable if the product received does not match the product you have ordered.
