1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the website, creating an account or placing anorder, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Shipping,Delivery & Orders Policy, Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit Policy andPayment Guidelines. If you do not agree, you must not use the website.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must have legal capacity to place an order. A personunder 16 should use the website only with the involvement and consent of aparent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for accurate account information,maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and all activity carriedout through your account. Notify ME Perfumes immediately of suspectedunauthorised access.
3. Permitted Website Use
The website and its content are provided for personal,lawful and non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape,mirror, reverse engineer, interfere with, exploit or commercially use thewebsite, product images, text, software or data without written permission.
4. Website Information and
Availability
ME Perfumes aims to keep website information accurate andcurrent, but technical, typographical, pricing, photographic or stock errorsmay occur. We may correct information, suspend features or update contentwithout prior notice.
The website may occasionally be unavailable because ofmaintenance, security, hosting, network or circumstances beyond reasonablecontrol.
5. Product Descriptions and
Images
We aim to display product names, fragrance notes, size, packagingand colours accurately. Screen settings, photography, lighting, packagingupdates and production batches may cause reasonable visual differences.
Fragrance notes describe the intended olfactory profile andare not a guarantee that every customer will perceive the fragrance in the sameway.
6. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. Adding a productto the cart does not reserve it. Where a product is unavailable, we may cancelthe item, offer an alternative or provide online store credit or another lawfulresolution for any amount already paid.
7. Prices, Taxes and Errors
Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees and include applicabletaxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are disclosed before checkout.
ME Perfumes may revise future prices at any time. We maycancel an order affected by an obvious pricing, discount, description ortechnical error, even after an acknowledgement has been sent. Any paid amountwill be resolved according to these policies and applicable law.
8. Order Acceptance
Completing checkout does not constitute acceptance. Thecustomer makes an offer to purchase, and a binding sale is formed only when MEPerfumes accepts the order for dispatch or dispatches it.
Products remain the property of ME Perfumes until fullpayment has been received. Risk passes on delivery, subject to verified transitclaims and applicable law.
9. Right to Refuse or Cancel
ME Perfumes may refuse, limit, hold or cancel an orderbecause of stock unavailability, incorrect information, payment failure,suspected fraud, repeated refusal, non-serviceable address, unreasonablequantity, misuse of a promotion, legal restriction or another legitimateoperational reason.
10. Delivery
Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer. POboxes may not be accepted. The courier may require a signature, payment orother confirmation and may attempt delivery more than once.
ME Perfumes may split an order without an additionaldelivery charge where necessary. Order changes cannot be accepted afterdispatch.
11. Returns, Exchanges and
Store Credit
All remedies are governed by the Returns, Exchanges &Store Credit Policy. Fragrances cannot be returned or exchanged merely becauseof preference, change of mind, strength, longevity, projection or skinchemistry.
12. Promotions, Discount
Codes and Bundles
Promotions may be limited by time, product, customer,location, stock, minimum spend or other stated conditions. Unless expresslypermitted, offers cannot be combined.
ME Perfumes may cancel or adjust an order where a code orpromotion has been misused, duplicated, applied through a technical error orused contrary to its conditions. Complimentary items may be withdrawn ordeducted from an approved credit where the qualifying purchase is returned.
13. Vouchers and Store
Credit
Vouchers and online store credits are governed by theapplicable issue terms and the Returns Policy. They are not cash, cannotordinarily be transferred or resold and may be cancelled if obtained throughfraud or error.
14. Reviews, Messages and
User Content
Any review, image, comment or other content submitted mustbe truthful, lawful, relevant and must not infringe another person’s rights. MEPerfumes may moderate or remove content that is abusive, misleading,fraudulent, unlawful, promotional or unrelated.
By submitting public content, you grant ME Perfumes anon-exclusive permission to display and use it for website and marketingpurposes, subject to applicable privacy law and any separate consentrequirements.
15. Intellectual Property
The ME Perfumes name, logos, product names, packaging,photographs, videos, graphics, text, website design and other content are ownedby or licensed to ME Perfumes and are protected by applicableintellectual-property laws. No right is transferred to the customer except thelimited right to use the website for personal shopping.
16. Third-Party Links and
Services
The website may contain links to courier, payment,social-media or other third-party services. ME Perfumes does not control theirindependent content, availability or privacy practices and is not responsiblefor them except where required by law.
17. Product Use and Safety
Perfume is flammable. Keep products away from flames, heat,direct sunlight and children. Avoid contact with eyes and do not apply tobroken or irritated skin. Stop use if an unexpected adverse reaction occurs andseek appropriate professional advice.
Customers are responsible for following product labels andstorage instructions. Misuse or improper storage is not a product defect.
18. Disclaimer and
Limitation of Liability
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To themaximum extent permitted by law, ME Perfumes does not guarantee uninterruptedaccess or that all website material will always be error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ME Perfumes is notliable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising fromwebsite use, courier delay, third-party services or product misuse. Nothingexcludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
19. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate MEPerfumes for loss reasonably arising from your unlawful use of the website,fraud, infringement of rights or material breach of these Terms.
20. Privacy
Personal information is processed under the Privacy Policyand Cookie Policy. Information needed for fulfilment may be shared with paymentprocessors, courier companies, technology providers and other authorisedservice providers.
21. Changes to These Terms
ME Perfumes may update these Terms from time to time. Theupdated version applies from the date published. The terms applicable to anorder are normally those displayed when the order was placed, except where alegal or security change must apply immediately.
22. Severability and Waiver
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, theremaining provisions continue in effect. A delay or failure to enforce aprovision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
23. Governing Law and
Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputeswill be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Pakistan, subjectto any mandatory consumer forum or jurisdiction that applies.
24. Complaints Process
Customers should contact Customer Care promptly with theorder number, issue and desired resolution. ME Perfumes will review thecomplaint and make reasonable efforts to respond and resolve it in writing.
